Is TimeClick compatible with my payroll software?

TimeClick integrates with QuickBooks Pro payroll software. If you use a different payroll software, don't worry—TimeClick reports are compatible with any payroll software that can import a CSV (Excel) spreadsheet.

If I purchase TimeClick does the data transfer over from my trial?

Yes, all your data from the free time clock software trial is available on the purchased version.

How do employees clock in/out?

Each employee has his/her own password that is used to clock in/out. They simply select their name, enter the password and choose the appropiate clock in/out action.

How many employees can I track in TimeClick?

The LITE version has a limit of 4 employees. All other versions of the TimeClick software allow tracking of an unlimited number of employees.

Is the data stored in the cloud?

The employee's time and attendance software data is stored locally on your computer. You can back up your computer to the cloud, but currently there is no cloud based version of TimeClick.

Are there monthly fees for the software?

There are no monthly fees associated with our software. There is only a one-time fee for the software and the optional Annual Support Plan cost.

How long does the installation process take?

TimeClick installation is very simple and can be completed in a matter of minutes. If you are linking clients to TimeClick across your network, it will take just a few minutes to set up each client.

What are the minimum system requirements for TimeClick?

Windows 7 or Newer (7, 8, 10, Server 2008, 2012, 2016, etc), 1 GB Hard Disk Space, and 4 GB or more RAM is recommended.

Is TimeClick compatible with Tablets or Smart Phones?

TimeClick will work on a Windows 8 or 10 Tablets running full versions of Windows. Currently, it is not compatible with any mobile devices.

What are my options for Technical Support?

We provide 30 days of free support after the initial purchase of TimeClick. After that if you need support we offer Annual Technical Support Plans that include unlimited phone and email support, and new upgrades of the software. If you need technical support and don’t have a support plan, a per-incident fee must be paid before receiving assistance.
