Every punch is recorded with a precise timestamp. Departments, job codes, and comments are captured at each clock-in automatically.
Open the Report Center
Go to Report Center in the admin panel. Choose the type of report you need. Hours Report for detailed insights or Payroll Reports formatted for your provider.
Set your date range and filters
Enter your pay period dates and apply filters by employee, department, or job code if needed. Choose your export format and any rounding or deduction settings.
Export and you’re done
Click Save As PDF or CSV, or select your payroll provider and export. The file is ready for import — no extra formatting needed.
